Where Art Meets Healing. Where Story Becomes Power.
I’m Kristen Zamora —speaker, artist, and creator of Healing Through Body Art, a transformative project that turns lived experiences into living canvases. I use storytelling, body painting, and the power of vulnerability to help people reconnect with their truth—and empower audiences to do the same.
My journey began with paintbrushes and evolved into purpose.
I’m not just a professional face and body artist—I’m a survivor, a mother, and a messenger. After enduring personal loss, trauma, and rebuilding, I found that art had the power to speak when words could not. Through Healing Through Body Art, I’ve helped clients embody their stories—literally—and wash away what no longer serves them.
My work has been featured on WOOD TV8 as one of West Michigan’s “Incredible Women,” award winner at ArtPrize 22, feature in the book “Blue Colored Muse” and shared on stages across the region. Whether I’m speaking to caregivers in nursing homes, college students exploring identity, or corporations ready to shift culture, I deliver messages that stick—like paint, but deeper.
A Space for Healing, Expression, and Empowerment
The Healing Through Body Art community is more than an audience—it’s a movement of people who believe in the power of creativity, vulnerability, and transformation. From survivors reclaiming their stories to creatives exploring purpose, from advocates of mental health to professionals ready to spark change—this is where healing gets bold, and connection gets real.
Who’s Part of Our Community?
What We Value:
🖌️ Authenticity over perfection
🎤 Stories that inspire reflection and action
🌿 Safe spaces to be seen, heard, and celebrated
🫶 Supportive connections that go beyond the stage
This isn’t just about me on a mic—it’s about us, together. Whether you’ve attended a talk, participated in a body art session, booked a paint party, or shared your own healing journey—you belong here.
Join us as we celebrate growth, art, and the courage it takes to tell the truth out loud.
What I Speak About:
My keynote talks are bold, interactive, and rooted in real-life experiences—inviting audiences to reflect, feel, and walk away changed. I don’t just speak at audiences; I speak with them, often creating spontaneous space for dialogue, creativity, and connection.
